Khaled Al-Musleh, in his explanation of the book “Kashf Al-Shubuhat” by Sheikh Al-Islam Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab, provides a useful discussion of the topic of monotheism and polytheism, pointing out the mistakes of the polytheists and their doubts that prevent them from knowing the truth. The book focuses on the forms of polytheism and its forms, and how to warn against it and stay away from it, based on evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. The book also deals with the Salaf’s approach to distancing oneself from doubts and explaining the virtue of monotheism and the harm of polytheism, relying on scientific sources and legal texts.
