Translation
The Family of the Messenger of God and His Guardians” by Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman bin Qasim is a doctrinal book that presents the positions of the Sunnis and Shiites regarding the beliefs of the family of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his saints, based on Ibn Taymiyyah’s approach in criticizing the words of the Shiites. The book deals with the topics of monotheism, destiny, prophecy, and the beliefs of the Companions and Imams of Ahl al-Bayt, while clarifying the differences between Sunni, Shiite, and Zaidi sects on these issues. The author combines jurisprudential and graphic analysis based on the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah to clarify the doctrinal differences.
