كتاب «إكفار الملحدين في ضروريات الدين» للكاتب الكشميري يندرج ضمن تصنيف العقيدة، ويُعنى بتبيين حكم التكفير على الملحدين والمتأولين الذين يخرجون عن ما يُعدّ من ضروريات الدين مثل التوحيد والنبوة وختم النبوة وغيرها من الأسس الشرعية. يتضمن الكتاب مقدمةً وفصولاً تتناول تعريف الزندقة والإلحاد والباطنية، وتنبيهات من الرقام، ونقلاً عن الأئمة الأربعة والمحدثين والفقهاء والمتكلمين، إضافةً إلى مناقشة مسألة التأويل في الضروريات وإجراءات منع الملحدين من المساجد. يختتم المؤلف بآراء إجماعية للصحابة وتبيان مبررات التكفير، مستنداً إلى نصوص قرآنية وأقوال علمية من التراث الإسلامي.
Translation
The book “Excommunicating Atheists in the Necessities of Religion” by the Kashmiri writer falls within the classification of faith, and is concerned with clarifying the ruling on excommunicating atheists and interpreters who deviate from what is considered among the necessities of religion, such as monotheism, prophethood, the seal of prophethood, and other legal foundations. The book includes an introduction and chapters that address the definition of heresy, atheism, and mysticism, warnings from figures, and quoting from the four imams, hadith scholars, jurists, and theologians, in addition to discussing the issue of interpretation in the essentials and procedures for banning atheists from mosques. The author concludes with the unanimous opinions of the Companions and an explanation of the justifications for takfir, based on Qur’anic texts and scholarly sayings from the Islamic heritage.
