هذا كتاب "البيان والإشهار" تأليف الشيخ فوزان السابق، وهو كتاب في العقيدة يهدف إلى رد شبهات الملحد الحاج مختار وتصحيح العقيدة الصحيحة. يحتوي الكتاب على فصول متعددة تناولت مواضيع مثل تحريف الملحد لكلام الله، وتصرفه فيه، ورد على زعمه أن الاجتهاد بدعة، وبيان مذهب السلف، وادلة من كلامه في محاربته لمذهب السلف، وافتراؤه الكذب، وتكفير الملحد لعلماء السلف، ونقض ما زعمه الملحد من طغيان الوهابيين وبغيهم بالحجاز. يعتبر الكتاب مفيداً في موضوعه، وقد تصدى المؤلف له لرد شبهات المشركين والمخرفين الذين يلبسون الحق بالباطل.

Translation

This is the book “Al-Bayan wal-Ishhar” written by Sheikh Fawzan Al-Sabir, and it is a book on belief that aims to refute the suspicions of the atheist Hajj Mukhtar and correct the correct belief. The book contains multiple chapters that address topics such as the atheist’s distortion of the word of God, his behavior in it, a response to his claim that ijtihad is an innovation, an explanation of the doctrine of the Salaf, evidence from his words in his fight against the doctrine of the Salaf, his fabrication of lies, the atheist’s declaring the scholars of the Salaf to be infidels, and refuting what the atheist claimed about the tyranny of the Wahhabis and their oppression of the Hijaz. The book is considered useful in its subject matter, and the author has dealt with it to refute the suspicions of polytheists and hypocrites who confuse truth with falsehood.
