The book “A Call to the Sunnah in Applying the Sunnah as Methodology and Standards” by the writer Abdullah Al-Ruhaili falls within the classification of doctrine, and deals with the methodology of calling to the Sunnah and ways to apply it in a comprehensive manner. The author focuses on clarifying the correct method of guidance, emphasizing tolerance and gentleness and avoiding blasphemy and exaggerated detail, based on evidence and manifestations from the Sunnah. It also presents criticism of wrong paths and provides rules for constructive criticism, based on the principle of combining scientific and practical jurisprudence. The book aims to establish a balanced call that preserves the essence of the Sunnah and applies it in all aspects of life.
