The book “The World of Jinns and Demons” by Suleiman Al-Ashqar, Omar, deals with the subject of jinn and demons from an Islamic doctrinal perspective. The book focuses on defining the jinn and explaining their characteristics, showing that they are an independent world other than the world of humans and angels, with a common destiny between them in reason and moral choice. The book also deals with the wisdom of the creation of the jinn, their hostility towards humans, and the believer’s weapons in confronting them, reviewing the opinions of scholars regarding their origin, creation, and attributes.
