لمع الأدلة في قواعد عقائد أهل السنة والجماعة كتاب للإمام الجويني عبارة عن رسالة في العقيدة الإسلامية، أو مجرد كتاب مختصر في العقيدة التي يؤمن بها أهل السنة والجماعة من المسلمين، قام بتأليفها لبيان حقيقة المذهب السني في العقيدة، مدعومة بالأدلة الموجزة، والبراهين العقلية، وقد كتب هذه الرسالة غالباً في أول حياته تلبية لدعوة أصحابه وتلاميذه وطلابه الذين كانوا يحيطون به، ويجلسون إليه، واقتصر في الرسالة على مسائل العقيدة وعلم الكلام التي رآها أجدر من غيرها بالذكر، ويشتد حولها الخلاف بين المتكلمين والمعتزلة وغيرهم من أصحاب المذاهب الكلامية.
Translation
The most important evidence in the foundations of the beliefs of the Sunnis and the community is a book by Imam Al-Juwayni, which is a treatise on the Islamic faith, or just a brief book on the belief that the Sunnis and the community of Muslims believe in. He wrote it to explain the truth of the Sunni doctrine in the belief, supported by brief evidence and rational proofs. He wrote this treatise mostly at the beginning of his life in response to the invitation of his companions, disciples, and students who surrounded him and sat with him, and he limited the message to the issues of belief and theology that He saw it as more worthy of mention than others, and the disagreement over it became intense between the theologians, the Mu’tazilites, and other followers of theological schools of thought.
