يُعد كتاب "لوامع الأنوار البهية وسواطع الأسرار الأثرية" للسفاريني، المصنف في العقيدة، شرحًا لمسائل الاعتقاد عند أهل الأثر. يتناول الكتاب في مقدمته تعريفات مهمة تتعلق بتقسيم الملة المحمدية، ومسائل الصفات، والرأي والتأويل، وأنواع الأخبار، والمتواتر والآحاد، ومذهب السلف، وظهور البدع. كما يتضمن تفسيرًا للبسملة، ومعنى الحمد والشكر، وصفات الله تعالى كالقدم والبقاء والحياة والعلم والقدرة، بالإضافة إلى أدلة وجود الخالق، والصلاة على النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ومراتب الصحابة.

Translation

The book “Lawam’ Al-Anwar Al-Bahiyya wa Sawa’ Al-Asrar Al-Athari” by Al-Safarini, a book on belief, is an explanation of the issues of belief among the people of Athar. In its introduction, the book addresses important definitions related to the division of the Muhammadan religion, issues of attributes, opinion and interpretation, types of reports, mutawatir and ahad, the doctrine of the Salaf, and the emergence of heresies. It also includes an explanation of the basmalah, the meaning of praise and gratitude, and the attributes of God Almighty such as eternity, survival, life, knowledge, and power, in addition to evidence of the existence of the Creator, blessings upon the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the ranks of the Companions.
