هذا الكتاب بحث في النظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي، يتناول تعريف الاقتصاد وأنواع النظم الاقتصادية، مع التركيز على مفهوم النظام الاقتصادي في الإسلام ودور الدولة فيه. يستعرض الكتاب أقسام السلطات ومجالات تدخل الدولة الاقتصادي، سواء كان تدخلاً مباشراً أو غير مباشر، وذلك في إطار دراسة تأصيلية تستند إلى التراث الفقهي والمالي الإسلامي.
Translation
This book is a study of the Islamic economic system. It deals with the definition of the economy and the types of economic systems, with a focus on the concept of the economic system in Islam and the role of the state in it. The book reviews the departments of authorities and areas of state economic intervention, whether direct or indirect, within the framework of a fundamental study based on the Islamic jurisprudential and financial heritage.
