كتاب يجمع بحوثًا في النوازل الفقهية المعاصرة، كتبها أحد طلبة العلم، ويغطي مسائل مستجدة في العبادات كاستعمال مياه الصرف الصحي وزكاة الأسهم، وفي المعاملات المالية كالأوراق النقدية وبدل الخلو، وفي الجنايات كحوادث السيارات، وفي القضاء كالحكم بالقرائن، وفي الطب كموت الدماغ ونقل الأعضاء والتلقيح الاصطناعي. يهدف الكتاب إلى بيان الأحكام الشرعية لهذه المستجدات استنادًا إلى القواعد الفقهية والقياس، مراعيًا يسر الشريعة وصلاحيتها لكل زمان ومكان.
Translation
A book that collects research on contemporary jurisprudential issues, written by a scholar, and covers emerging issues in worship such as the use of wastewater and zakat on shares, in financial transactions such as banknotes and vacancy allowances, in felonies such as car accidents, in judiciary such as ruling based on evidence, and in medicine such as brain death, organ transplantation, and artificial insemination. The book aims to explain the legal rulings on these developments based on jurisprudential rules and analogy, taking into account the simplicity of Sharia and its validity for all times and places.
