Translation
This book, “The Credit Card,” by Bakr Abu Zaid, is an extensive study in the field of Islamic economics and financial jurisprudence. The book sheds light on the concept of the credit card, its history, types, parties, benefits, harms, and its ruling from a Sharia perspective. The book aims to explain the truth about the credit card, which in reality is considered a usurious loan with immediate and deferred interest, and to explain the prohibition of dealing with it from the perspective of Islam. The book is considered a useful resource for specialists in Islamic economics and financial jurisprudence, as well as for those interested in trade and economics.
