هذا الكتاب هو رسالة علمية تهدف إلى دفع الإيهام بوجود تعارض بين أحاديث الأحكام الفقهية، مع التركيز على كتاب الطهارة. يبدأ بمقدمة تأصيلية حول معنى التعارض والترجيح وأسبابهما، ثم يستعرض المؤلفات السابقة في هذا المجال، ليتناول بعدها بالدراسة والتحليل عددًا من المسائل الفقهية الخلافية كتنجس الماء، والوضوء بفضل المرأة، وسؤر الكلب والهر، والمني، جامعًا بين الأحاديث المختلفة فيها ومؤلفًا بينها.

Translation

This book is a scientific treatise that aims to dispel the illusion that there is a contradiction between the hadiths of jurisprudential rulings, with a focus on the Book of Purity. It begins with a fundamental introduction about the meaning of contradiction and preponderance and their causes, then reviews previous writings in this field, after which it studies and analyzes a number of controversial jurisprudential issues such as the impurity of water, ablution thanks to a woman, the secretion of a dog and cat, and semen, combining the various hadiths in them and compiling them.
