يتناول كتاب "فقه الأسرة" للعلامة محمد المختار الشنقيطي أحكام وحقوق الأسرة في الشريعة الإسلامية، مبيناً واجبات الزوج تجاه زوجته وأسرته وأقاربه، وحقوقهم عليه، مع التأكيد على ضرورة العدل والإنصاف في التعامل بين أفراد الأسرة، وبيان ما يجب على كل فرد القيام به نحو الآخر. ويستعرض الكتاب أيضاً أحكام النكاح وشروطه، وحقوق الأرحام ووجوب صلتها، مع مناقشة بعض القضايا المعاصرة المتعلقة بالأسرة والزواج.
Translation
The book “Family Jurisprudence” by the scholar Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Shanqeeti deals with the provisions and rights of the family in Islamic law, explaining the duties of the husband towards his wife, his family, and his relatives, and their rights over him, while emphasizing the necessity of justice and fairness in dealing between family members, and explaining what each individual must do towards the other. The book also reviews the provisions and conditions of marriage, the rights of relatives and the necessity of their connection, while discussing some contemporary issues related to family and marriage.
