This book deals with the rulings of people of religion and apostasy from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, focusing on the issues of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal in this field. The book addresses multiple topics related to the status of the people of Dhimmah, polytheists, and heretics in Islamic society, with a focus on the issue of whether Jews and Christians are considered part of the nation of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, or not. The book also addresses issues related to the conversion of children to Islam and their rulings, and cases of religious conversion between Muslims and others, while presenting the opinions of Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal on these topics.
