هذا الكتاب يتناول أحكام المجاهد بالنفس في سبيل الله من منظور الفقه الإسلامي، متناولًا تعريف الجهاد وأنواعه، ومشروعية الجهاد بالنفس ومراحل تشريعه، وفضل المجاهدين وأهداف الجهاد، مع التركيز على شروط المجاهد وحكم الجهاد في حقه. كما يدرس الكتاب أحكام المجاهد في العبادات، خاصة في مجال الطهارة والصلاة، مع تقديم تفصيل لمسائل التيمم والمسح على الخفين في حالات الجهاد.
Translation
This book deals with the provisions of jihad with one's life for the sake of God from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, addressing the definition of jihad and its types, the legitimacy of jihad with one's life and the stages of its legislation, the virtue of the mujahideen and the goals of jihad, with a focus on the conditions of the mujahid and the ruling on jihad against him. The book also studies the rulings of the Mujahid in acts of worship, especially in the field of purity and prayer, while providing details on the issues of tayammum and wiping over the socks in cases of Jihad.
