Translation
The book “Ithaaf Dhu’l-Marwah wal-Anafah with What is Concerned about Charity” by Sheikh Ibn Hajar Al-Haytami deals with research and issues on the virtues of charity and hospitality and their rulings. The author focuses on encouraging spending and explaining the virtue of charity, citing evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. The book also deals with the ruling on zakat and its controls, and calls for subservience and sacrifice for the sake of God, showing the virtue of those who provide good hospitality and respond to the call of need. The book aims to remind the rich of the provisions of zakat and the necessity of helping the poor and needy, especially in times of disasters and drought.
