Translation
This book, “The Difference between the Two Lands and its Effects on the Rulings of Islamic Sharia,” by the author Abdul Aziz bin Mabrouk Al-Ahmadi, is considered an encyclopedic study in Islamic jurisprudence. It deals with the subject of the division between the land of Islam and the land of disbelief, and its effects on the legal rulings. The book begins by defining the two houses and determining the meaning of both. Then it deals with the inhabitants of Dar al-Islam, talks about Dar al-Kufr and its divisions, and addresses the change in the description of the Dar, and the effects of the division on the differences in rulings.
