هذا كتاب فقهي يبحث في أحكام التصرف في مال اليتيم، ويوضح ما يباح للولي وغيره من الإفادة من هذا المال في عقود المعاوضات كالبيع والشراء والمضاربة والرهن، وفي عقود التبرعات كالإقراض والإعارة والهبة والصدقة والوقف، مع بيان الأصل في تصرفات الولي وضوابطها الشرعية.
Translation
This is a jurisprudential book that examines the rulings on disposing of an orphan’s money, and explains what is permissible for the guardian and others to benefit from this money in compensation contracts such as buying, selling, speculation, and mortgage, and in donation contracts such as lending, lending, gift, charity, and endowment, with an explanation of the principle in the guardian’s actions and their legal controls.
