Translation

This book by Imam Al-Shawkani deals with the topic of prohibiting everything that intoxicates the mind or slanders, based on Sharia evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. The author aims to explain the ruling on intoxicants and drugs in Islam, with a focus on the importance of preserving the mind, which the Shari’ah has made the basis of obligation. The book includes an analytical study of the work's life and methodology, in addition to an investigation of the original text of the thesis.
