كتاب "الجامع في الخاتم" للبيهقي هو بحث فقهي وحديثي متخصص في أحكام الخواتم في الإسلام. يجمع الكتاب جملة من المسائل المتعلقة بالتختم، مثل حكم لبس خاتم الفضة في اليمين أو اليسار، وإباحة الخاتم للإمام، ونقش الخاتم، وختم الكتب به، وخطر خاتم الذهب. يعتمد المؤلف على سرد الأحاديث النبوية والآثار الواردة في الباب، مع مناقشة أسانيدها وبيان ما هو محفوظ منها وما هو شاذ، كما يظهر من مقدمته التي يبدأ فيها بذكر حديث تختم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بخاتم فضة في يمينه.
Translation
The book “Al-Jami fi Al-Khatim” by Al-Bayhaqi is a jurisprudential and hadith study specializing in the rulings on rings in Islam. The book collects a number of issues related to sealing, such as the ruling on wearing a silver ring on the right or left, the permissibility of the ring to the imam, engraving the ring, sealing books with it, and the danger of the gold ring. The author relies on the narration of the Prophetic hadiths and the traditions mentioned in the chapter, while discussing their chains of transmission and explaining what is preserved from them and what is anomalous, as appears from his introduction in which he begins by mentioning the hadith of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, sealing it with a silver ring on his right hand.
