Translation

This book, “Al-Kharaj” by Abu Yusuf Al-Qadi, deals with the issue of the annual tax imposed on agricultural lands in the Islamic State, and reviews the history of imposing the kharaj from the era of the Prophet until the era of Caliph Harun Al-Rashid. The author focuses on the legal rulings related to the imposition and division of tax, and discusses various issues related to agricultural tax and tribute and how they are applied in various Islamic lands.
