هذا كتاب في الفقه الإسلامي، يندرج ضمن بحوث المسائل الخلافية بين المذاهب. ينتظم الكتاب في أبواب متعددة تتعلق بأحكام الجهاد والغنائم، مثل قسمة الغنائم، وأخذ السلاح، وسهمان الخيل، وبيع السبي، وإقامة الحدود في دار الحرب، وخراج الأرض، وغيرها من المسائل الفقهية المتصلة بالسير والمغازي. يظهر من مفتتح الكتاب أن مؤلفه يعرض آراء الإمام أبي حنيفة ويرد بها على آراء الإمام الأوزاعي في هذه المسائل، مستندًا إلى الأحاديث النبوية وأحداث السيرة.

Translation

This is a book on Islamic jurisprudence, which falls within the research of controversial issues between sects. The book is organized into multiple sections related to the provisions of jihad and spoils, such as dividing spoils, taking weapons, horse arrows, selling captives, establishing borders in the land of war, land tax, and other jurisprudential issues related to travel and battles. It appears from the beginning of the book that its author presents the opinions of Imam Abu Hanifa and responds with them to the opinions of Imam Al-Awza’i on these issues, based on the hadiths of the Prophet and the events of his biography.
