Jurisprudential Issues” by Ibn Qaddah is a reference that combines fatwas and jurisprudential issues based on the Maliki school of thought, and is concerned with detailing issues related to prayer, purity, fasting, zakat, sacrifices, marriage, sales, and other various topics. The book shows an analytical approach that raises jurisprudential questions and is based on the opinions of major jurists, while documenting legal positions according to reliable sources. It aims to guide the reader to the correct understanding of Sharia rulings and their application in various daily situations.
