المسكرات والمخدرات هو بحث فقهي يسلط الضوء على موقف الشريعة الإسلامية من المشروبات المسكرة والمخدرات، مستنداً إلى مبدأ حفظ العقل ودفع الضرر. يتناول تحريم الخمر وتدرج التشريعات المتعلقة به، مستعرضاً الأدلة النبوية والآثار الصحية والاجتماعية للمسكرات. كما يخصص فصولاً للمخدرات ومواقف العلماء منها.

Translation

Intoxicants and drugs is a jurisprudential research that sheds light on the position of Islamic law on intoxicating drinks and drugs, based on the principle of preserving reason and preventing harm. It deals with the prohibition of alcohol and the progression of legislation related to it, reviewing the prophetic evidence and the health and social effects of intoxicants. It also devotes chapters to drugs and scientists’ positions on them.
