هذا الكتاب يتناول موضوع الطلاق من منظور فقهي عصري، محاولاً إعادة النظر في بعض القضايا الفقهية المتعلقة به. يركز المؤلف على أهمية دراسة هذا الموضوع بعمق نظراً لآثاره الخطيرة على المجتمع الإسلامي. كما يتناول الكتاب دور السنة في توضيح أحكام الطلاق، ويشير إلى أهمية تعدد الآراء الفقهية في هذا المجال بدلاً من الاقتصار على رأي واحد. الكتاب يهدف إلى تقديم فهم جديد للقواعد الفقهية المتعلقة بالطلاق مع مراعاة التقاليد الشرعية والتحديات المعاصرة.
Translation
This book deals with the issue of divorce from a modern jurisprudential perspective, attempting to reconsider some of the jurisprudential issues related to it. The author focuses on the importance of studying this topic in depth due to its serious implications for Islamic society. The book also addresses the role of the Sunnah in clarifying the rulings on divorce, and points out the importance of multiple jurisprudential opinions in this field rather than being limited to one opinion.
