“Facilitating the Obligations” provides the reader with an opportunity to learn the provisions and rules of inheritance through its treatment of the entire jurisprudential rules related to the duties and inheritance. The book focuses on explaining the principles of the science of religious duties and detailing its branches, with reference to the reasons and contraindications for inheritance and the rules for dividing estates. The author aims to clarify God’s ruling on inheritance and demonstrate the validity of the rules stated in Islamic law in this field, while emphasizing the importance of following them and not violating them.
