هذا الكتاب مختصر في علم الفرائض، يهدف إلى تعليم قسمة المواريث وفقًا للشريعة الإسلامية بأسلوب سهل مع الأمثلة التوضيحية. يبدأ بتعريف الفرائض وفائدتها وحكمها، ثم ينتقل إلى بيان الحقوق المتعلقة بالتركة وترتيبها، وأسباب الإرث وشروطه وموانعه، ويستعرض بالتفصيل أصحاب الفروض ومقادير أنصبتهم، بالإضافة إلى أحكام العصبة والحجب والرد وذوي الأرحام.
Translation
This book is brief on the science of religious duties. It aims to teach the division of inheritance according to Islamic law in an easy manner with illustrative examples. It begins by defining the obligations, their benefits, and their ruling, then moves on to explaining the rights related to the inheritance and its arrangement, the reasons for inheritance, its conditions, and its prohibitions. It reviews in detail the owners of the obligations and the amounts of their shares, in addition to the provisions of agnates, blocking, restitution, and relatives.
