هذا كتابٌ في فقه الصيد وأحكامه، من تأليف عبد الله بن محمد بن أحمد الطيار، يندرج ضمن بحوث ومسائل فقهية. يهدف المؤلف إلى تقديم توجيهات وتنبيهات لهواة الصيد، مستجيبًا لأسئلة طرحت عليه في إحدى جلسات الصيد. قسّم الكتاب إلى ثمانية مباحث، تتناول قواعد أولية، وتعريف الصيد وحكمه، وأحكام الصائد والمصيد، وآداب الصيد، ومسائل خاصة بصيد الضب والصيد بالجوارح، بالإضافة إلى مسائل هامة أخرى تتعلق بالصيد.

Translation

This is a book on the jurisprudence of hunting and its rulings, written by Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Tayyar, and falls within the framework of research and jurisprudential issues. The author aims to provide guidance and cautions to fishing enthusiasts, responding to questions posed to him at a fishing session. The book is divided into eight sections, dealing with basic rules, the definition of hunting and its ruling, rulings on the hunter and the hunted, hunting etiquette, and issues specific to lizard hunting and hunting with raptors, in addition to other important issues related to hunting.
