هذا كتاب فقهي يعالج مسألة التمثيل بوصفها نازلةً معاصرةً، فيستعرض حقيقتها وتاريخها وأنواعها وغاياتها، ثم يبين المدرك الفقهي لحكمها الشرعي، ويرد على شبه المجيزين لها، معتمدًا على نصوص الشرع وقواعده، ومشيرًا إلى مواقف العلماء منها منذ القرون المتقدمة.
Translation
This is a jurisprudential book that addresses the issue of representation as a contemporary issue. It reviews its reality, history, types, and purposes. Then, it explains the jurisprudential understanding of its legal ruling, and responds to the suspicions of those who permit it, relying on the texts and rules of the Sharia, and pointing to the positions of scholars regarding it from the past centuries.
