Ruling on one who abandons prayer

This is a book on a major jurisprudential issue, which is the ruling on one who neglects prayer, and the author has classified it among research and issues. It begins with an introduction in which he explains the importance of the issue and the large amount of disagreement regarding it among scholars, ancient and modern. Then the book is divided into two chapters: the first on the ruling on one who abandons prayer, and the second on what results from apostasy by abandoning prayer or otherwise. In the first chapter, the author reviews the sayings of the four imams on the issue, then refers the disagreement to the Qur’an and Sunnah to clarify the most correct ruling according to him.
