هذا الكتاب هو بحث في حكم شرب الدخان من منظور شرعي، يبين تحريمه استنادًا إلى الأدلة القرآنية والنبوية التي تحرم الخبائث وتنهى عن الضرر. كما يتناول مسألة إمامة من يتجاهر بشرب الدخان في الصلاة، ومدى صحة إمامته مع غيره من العصاة. ويختتم الكتاب بتقرير هام حول موضوع التدخين.
Translation
This book is a study into the ruling on smoking tobacco from a legal perspective, explaining its prohibition based on Qur’anic and Prophetic evidence that forbids evil things and forbids harm. It also addresses the issue of the imamate of someone who openly smokes during prayer, and the validity of his imamate with other sinners. The book concludes with an important report on the topic of smoking.
