هذا الكتاب يبحث في موضوع المسكرات والمخدرات من منظور الدعوة الإسلامية، حيث يقدم تعريفًا لها وبيانًا لأنواعها، ثم يستعرض حكمها الشرعي مستندًا إلى السنة النبوية والقواعد العامة للشريعة وإجماع الفقهاء. كما يناقش الكتاب الحكمة من تحريمها، ويوضح المنهج الذي اتبعته الدعوة الإسلامية في الوقاية منها، من خلال تعميق الاحترام لأمر الله، وغرس الشعور بقبحها، ورقابة المجتمع، وتطبيق العقوبات الشرعية.
Translation
This book examines the issue of intoxicants and drugs from the perspective of Islamic advocacy. It provides a definition of them and an explanation of their types, then reviews their legal ruling based on the Sunnah of the Prophet, the general rules of Sharia, and the consensus of jurists. The book also discusses the wisdom of prohibiting it, and explains the approach followed by the Islamic call to prevent it, by deepening respect for God’s command, instilling a sense of its ugliness, social control, and applying legal punishments.
