هذا الكتاب هو تحقيق ودراسة لشرح "الفصول المهمة في مواريث الأمة" لسبط المارديني، وهو كتاب في علم الفرائض (المواريث) الذي يعد من أهم العلوم الشرعية. يتكون العمل من قسمين: قسم دراسي يتناول حياة المؤلف والمؤلف الأصلي (ابن الهائم) ووصف المخطوطات ومنهج الكتاب، وقسم ثانٍ هو نص الكتاب المحقق نفسه، الذي يبدأ ببيان الحقوق المتعلقة بالتركة. يهدف الكتاب إلى إحياء هذا المتن الفقهي المهم في أحكام الميراث وفق الشريعة الإسلامية.

Translation

This book is an investigation and study of the explanation of “The Important Chapters on the Inheritance of the Ummah” by the tribe of al-Mardini. It is a book on the science of religious duties (inheritance), which is considered one of the most important legal sciences. The work consists of two parts: a study section that deals with the life of the author and the original author (Ibn al-Haym), a description of the manuscripts, and the approach to the book, and a second section is the text of the edited book itself, which begins with a statement of the rights related to the estate. The book aims to revive this important jurisprudential body in the provisions of inheritance according to Islamic law.
