يتناول هذا الكتاب قضية شرعية المعاملات التي تجريها البنوك الإسلامية المعاصرة، ويناقش الفروق الجوهرية بين المصرف الإسلامي والمصرف الربوي من حيث الغاية والأسلوب. يركز المؤلف على نقد بعض الممارسات العملية في هذه البنوك، وخاصةً ما يتعلق ببيع المرابحة، محدداً شروط حله وحرمته، ومبيناً أوجه التحايل التي قد تدخل فيه. يهدف الكتاب إلى تقويم مسيرة البنوك الإسلامية لتتوافق مع أحكام الشريعة في الكسب والاستثمار.
Translation
This book addresses the issue of the legitimacy of transactions conducted by contemporary Islamic banks, and discusses the fundamental differences between the Islamic bank and the usurious bank in terms of purpose and method. The author focuses on criticizing some of the practical practices in these banks, especially with regard to Murabaha sales, specifying the conditions for its dissolution and prohibition, and indicating the aspects of fraud that may be involved in it. The book aims to evaluate the progress of Islamic banks to comply with the provisions of Sharia in earning and investing.
