هذا الكتاب بحث فقهي متخصص يتناول صلاة التوبة والأحكام المتعلقة بها في الفقه الإسلامي، حيث يبدأ بتمهيد عن رحمة الله بالتوبة وعدم اشتراط قتل النفس لقبولها كما كان في الأمم السابقة. ينقسم البحث إلى عدة مباحث، أولها مشروعية صلاة التوبة وسببها، ثم ينتقل إلى بيان وقتها ومحلها، ويختتم بوصف صفتها وكيفية أدائها.
Translation
This book is a specialized jurisprudential study that deals with the prayer of repentance and the rulings related to it in Islamic jurisprudence. It begins with a preface about God’s mercy through repentance and not requiring the killing of oneself to be accepted, as was the case in previous nations. The research is divided into several sections, the first of which is the legality of the repentance prayer and its reason, then it moves on to clarifying its time and place, and concludes with a description of its character and how to perform it.
