Translation

This is a book on the science of duties and inheritance in Islamic law, compared to Syrian law, written by Muhammad Khairy al-Mufti. It begins with introductions and an introduction to the science of inheritance, its evidence, and its wisdom. Then it deals in detail with the provisions of inheritance, its causes, and its contraindications, including sections on inheritance by obligation, asaba, blocking, and rejection, and the inheritance of relatives, based on Sharia evidence.
