كتاب الأموال لأبي عبيد القاسم بن سلام هو مؤلف في الفقه الإسلامي يتناول الأحكام المتعلقة بالأموال العامة في الدولة الإسلامية، كالفيء والجزية والخراج والصدقة. يبحث الكتاب في حقوق الإمام والرعية، وطرق جباية الأموال وتوزيعها، وأحكام فتوح الأراضي صلحًا وعنوة، والشروط المفروضة على أهل الذمة. يعتمد المؤلف على الأحاديث النبوية والآثار في عرض هذه المسائل المالية والإدارية.
Translation
The Book of Money by Abu Ubaid al-Qasim bin Salam is a book on Islamic jurisprudence that deals with the rulings related to public funds in the Islamic state, such as fay’, jizyah, tax, and charity. The book examines the rights of the imam and the subjects, the methods of collecting and distributing money, the provisions for conquests of lands by peace and force, and the conditions imposed on the people of Dhimmah. The author relies on Prophetic hadiths and hadiths to present these financial and administrative issues.
