كتاب في فقه الجهاد والسير، ينتظم ضمن كتاب التهذيب للإمام البغوي، ويبحث في أحكام الجهاد وفضله، وما يتعلق به من مسائل كالأمان والمبارزة وأحكام الأسرى، وما يعرض للإمام والسرايا في دار الحرب. يبدأ بمقدمة تؤكد مكانة الجهاد في الإسلام وأهميته، ثم يعرض فصولاً وأبواباً تفصيلية في أحكامه وشروطه.

Translation

A book on the jurisprudence of jihad and conduct, organized within the book Al-Tahtheeb by Imam Al-Baghawi, and it discusses the rulings on jihad and its virtues, and the issues related to it such as security, dueling, rulings on prisoners, and what is presented to the imam and the squads in the land of war. It begins with an introduction that emphasizes the status of jihad in Islam and its importance, then presents detailed chapters and sections on its provisions and conditions.
