بغية الباحث عن جُمل الموارث المعروفة بـ متن الرحبية ، متن في علم الفرائض، من تأليف أبي عبد الله محمد بن علي بن محمد بن الحسن الرحبي الشافعي المعروف بابن المتقنة المتوفى 577 هـ. والمتن منظوم على بحر الرجز وزنه «مستفعلن» ست مرات وعدد أبياته 176 بيتاً. قال الشنشوري في «الدرة المضيئة» أنها «من أنفع ما صنّف في هذا العلم للمبتدئ». والناظم ابن المتقنة شافعي المذهب، فلم يذكر في المتن ما يتعلق ببابيّ الردّ وميراث ذوي الأرحام بناء على المذهب الشافعي من عدم القول بالرد وعدم توريث ذوي الأرحام، لذا قام عبد الله بن صالح الخليفي الحنبلي المتوفى 1381 هـ بنظمها في 11 بيتاً.

Translation

In order to search for the sentences of inheritance known as Matn al-Rahbiyyah, a text on the science of religious duties, written by Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Ali bin Muhammad bin al-Hasan al-Rahbi al-Shafi’i, known as Ibn al-Mutqana, who died in 577 AH. The text is in the form of Bahr al-Rajaz, its meter is “mustafa’ilun” six times, and its number of verses is 176 lines. Al-Shanshuri said in “Al-Durrah Al-Mudhi’” that it is “one of the most useful works written in this science for the beginner.” Al-Nazim Ibn al-Muqtana is a Shafi’i school of thought. He did not mention in the text anything related to the two chapters of restitution and the inheritance of relatives based on the Shafi’i school of not saying restitution or inheritance to relatives, so Abdullah bin Saleh al-Khulaifi al-Hanbali, who died in 1381 AH, organized it into 11 verses.
