كتاب "مسائل حرب" للإمام حرب بن إسماعيل الكرماني هو مجموعة من المسائل الفقهية التي تُعنى بأبواب النكاح وما يتصل بها من أحكام. يبدأ الكتاب بمسألة ولاية النكاح وأهمية الولي، ثم يتناول بالتفصيل فروعًا متعددة مثل أولوية الأب أو الابن في التزويج، وحكم تزويج المرأة بغير ولي، وتزويج الصغار واليتامى، ومسائل الكفاءة والصداق والشغار، وغيرها من الأحكام الفقهية المبنية على أسئلة وجهت للإمامين أحمد بن حنبل وإسحاق بن راهويه.

Translation

The book “Masawa’il Harb” by Imam Harb bin Ismail Al-Kirmani is a collection of jurisprudential issues that deal with the issues of marriage and related rulings. The book begins with the issue of marital guardianship and the importance of the guardian, then deals in detail with various branches such as the priority of the father or son in marriage, the ruling on marrying a woman without a guardian, the marriage of children and orphans, issues of competence, dowry and marriage, and other jurisprudential rulings based on questions addressed to the Imams Ahmad ibn Hanbal and Ishaq ibn Rahawayh.
