هذا الكتاب هو رسالة فقهية مختصرة في أحكام الأيمان والطلاق على مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل، ألفها العلامة ابن العماد الحنبلي. ينتظم الكتاب في فصول متتابعة تتناول حروف القسم، واليمين الموجبة للكفارة، والحلف بغير الله، والاستثناء في الحلف، إلى جانب تفصيل أحكام الطلاق وصريحه وكنايته. يمثل العمل إسهاماً في خدمة المذهب الحنبلي من خلال معالجة مسائل دقيقة تتعلق بالأيمان والطلاق وفق المنهج الفقهي المتقدم.
Translation
This book is a brief jurisprudential treatise on the rulings on oaths and divorce according to the doctrine of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, written by the scholar Ibn al-Imad al-Hanbali. The book is organized into successive chapters that deal with the letters of oaths, the oath that requires atonement, swearing by someone other than God, and the exception to swearing, in addition to detailing the rulings on divorce, its explicit meaning and its euphemism. The work represents a contribution to serving the Hanbali school of thought by addressing delicate issues related to faith and divorce in accordance with the advanced jurisprudential approach.
