هذا الكتاب هو ملحق يجمع فتاوى للإمام ابن قداح لم ترد في مجموعته المسائلية المعروفة، ويغطي طيفًا من المسائل الفقهية المتنوعة كالكتابة بالذهب في الإجازات، وشراء الزرع من الغاصب، وحكم قراءة كتب الخرافات والشعوذة، وتفاصيل تتعلق بالطهارة والصلاة والطلاق. يندرج العمل ضمن بحوث ومسائل فقهية، ويستند في مادته إلى أسئلة وردت للشيخ وأجوبته عليها، مع نقل لبعض الآراء والمناقشات الفقهية المرتبطة بها.

Translation

This book is an appendix that collects fatwas by Imam Ibn Qaddah that were not included in his well-known collection of Islamic jurisprudence. It covers a range of diverse jurisprudential issues such as writing with gold on holidays, buying crops from a usurper, the ruling on reading books of superstitions and sorcery, and details related to purity, prayer, and divorce. The work falls within the framework of research and jurisprudential issues, and its material is based on questions received by the Sheikh and his answers to them, with the transmission of some opinions and jurisprudential discussions related to them.
