كتاب "موقف الإمام والمأموم" للإمام الفقيه أبي محمد عبد الله بن يوسف الجويني هو بحث فقهي يعنى بأحكام صلاة الجماعة، وتحديداً تنظيم علاقة الإمام بالمأموم في مختلف المواضع والأماكن. يتناول الكتاب بالتفصيل موقف كل من الإمام والمأموم في المساجد والصحاري والقوارع والمساكن والسفن والسهل والجبل، وغيرها من الأماكن التي قد تقع فيها الصلاة، وصولاً إلى موقفهما حول الكعبة. يهدف العمل إلى بيان الأحكام الفقهية المستنبطة من هدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وصحابته في هذه المسألة، ليكون مرجعاً للمسلم في أداء الصلاة جماعة على الوجه الصحيح.

Translation

The book “The Position of the Imam and the Leader” by the imam and jurist Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Yusuf al-Juwayni is a jurisprudential study concerned with the rulings on congregational prayer, specifically regulating the relationship between the imam and the person praying behind him in various situations and places. The book discusses in detail the position of both the imam and the person praying behind him in mosques, deserts, streets, dwellings, ships, plains, mountains, and other places where prayer may take place, all the way to their position around the Kaaba. The work aims to explain the jurisprudential rulings derived from the guidance of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his companions on this issue, to be a reference for the Muslim in performing congregational prayer in the correct manner.
