This book is a master's thesis in jurisprudence and legislation, examining workers' duties and rights in Islamic law compared to Palestinian labor law. It begins by defining the duties, rights, and jurisprudential conditioning of the worker’s job, then details the practical and moral duties of workers, and moves on to their moral rights, relying on a comparative approach between the provisions of Sharia and Palestinian legal texts.
