هذا الكتاب هو رسالة ماجستير في الفقه والتشريع، تبحث في واجبات العمال وحقوقهم في الشريعة الإسلامية مقارنةً بقانون العمل الفلسطيني. يبدأ بتعريف الواجبات والحقوق والتكييف الفقهي لوظيفة العامل، ثم يفصل في واجبات العمال العملية والأخلاقية، وينتقل إلى حقوقهم الأخلاقية، معتمدًا على منهج المقارنة بين أحكام الشريعة والنصوص القانونية الفلسطينية.
