هذا الكتاب للأماكن التي اتفق لفظها وافترق مسمها، وهو من تصنيف البلدان والجغرافيا والرحلات. يتناول المؤلف في هذا الكتاب الأماكن والبلدان التي اشتركت في اللفظ لكنها تختلف في المعنى والمسمى، مرتبًا على حروف المعجم. يذكر فيه ما يتعلق بالأمكنة المذكورة في مغازي النبي وأخبار الصحابة، مع الإشارة إلى بعض البقاع المأثورة في أيام العرب، محاولًا الربط بينها وبين الأخبار التاريخية والحديثية.

Translation

This book is about places that have the same pronunciation and different names, and it is a classification of countries, geography, and travel. In this book, the author discusses places and countries that share the same pronunciation but differ in meaning and name, arranged according to the letters of the dictionary. It mentions what is related to the places mentioned in the battles of the Prophet and the stories of the Companions, with reference to some of the places mentioned in the days of the Arabs, trying to link them with historical and modern news.
