كتاب «العلماء هم الدعاة» للكاتب ناصر العقل، المصنف في مجال الدعوة وأحوال المسلمين، يتناول تعريف العلماء ودورهم كداعين إلى الله مستنداً إلى النصوص الشرعية، ويستعرض إشكالات الانفصال بين العلم والدعوة وآثارها على السلوك والمفاهيم الإسلامية. يوضح أسباب انتشار هذا الانفصال من خلال تحليل الظواهر الاجتماعية والاتحادات الجماعية، ثم يقدّم حلولاً تدعو إلى اهتمام العلماء وطلبة العلم، وإلغاء الولاءات غير الشرعية، وتفعيل المناصحة المباشرة كوسيلة نافعة.
Translation
The book “Scholars are Preachers” by the writer Nasser Al-Aql, a book in the field of advocacy and the conditions of Muslims, deals with the definition of scholars and their role as callers to God based on legal texts, and reviews the problems of the separation between knowledge and preaching and its effects on Islamic behavior and concepts. He explains the reasons for the spread of this separation through an analysis of social phenomena and group unions, then presents solutions that call for the attention of scholars and students of knowledge, abolishing illegitimate loyalties, and activating direct advice as a useful means.
