كتاب «المرأة قبل وبعد الإسلام» يسلط الضوء على وضع المرأة في ما قبل ظهور الدين ثم يبيّن كيف أقرّ الإسلام مبدأ المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة في الأصل والمصير وأهلية الخطاب الشرعي والحقوق داخل الأسرة والقضاء. يتناول النصّ موضوعات مثل المساواة في النشأة، المصير، الحقوق الفكرية والدينية، ويستند إلى آيات قرآنية لتوضيح مفهوم العدالة الإلهية. يندرج هذا العمل ضمن تصنيف الدعوة وأحوال المسلمين، ويهدف إلى توضيح التحول الاجتماعي والشرعي الذي أحدثه الإسلام في حياة المرأة.
Translation
The book “Women Before and After Islam” sheds light on the status of women before the emergence of religion, then shows how Islam established the principle of equality between men and women in origin and destiny, eligibility for legal discourse, and rights within the family and the judiciary. The text addresses topics such as equality in upbringing, destiny, intellectual and religious rights, and is based on Qur’anic verses to illustrate the concept of divine justice. This work falls within the classification of advocacy and the conditions of Muslims, and aims to clarify the social and legal transformation that Islam has brought about in women’s lives.
