كتاب «رؤية شرعية في الجدال والحوار مع أهل الكتاب» للشيخ الشريف محمد بن حسين الصمداني يُعنى بتبيين أحكام الدعوة إلى الإسلام من خلال النقاش مع أهل الكتاب، مستندًا إلى نصوص القرآن والسنة ومُستندًا إلى أدلة شرعية تُظهر مشروعية الجدل والجدال. يُقسّم المؤلف موضوعه إلى فصول تُعالج تعريف الحوار والجدال، وأنواع المناقشين من أهل الكتاب، وشروط الحوار من علم وعدل ومعرفة ما يُنقض في خصمهم، إضافة إلى استعراض التيارات الداعية للتقريب والعصرانية. يهدف الكتاب إلى إرشاد الدعاة إلى منهج شرعي يُسهم في الجهاد باللسان للحق، وفقًا لتصنيفه في مجال الدعوة وأحوال المسلمين.
Translation
The book “A Sharia View in Debate and Dialogue with the People of the Book” by Sheikh Sharif Muhammad bin Hussein Al-Samadani is concerned with clarifying the rulings on calling to Islam through discussion with the People of the Book, based on the texts of the Qur’an and the Sunnah and based on Sharia evidence that shows the legitimacy of debate and controversy. The author divides his topic into chapters that address the definition of dialogue and debate, the types of debaters from among the People of the Book, the conditions for dialogue such as knowledge, justice, and knowledge of what is contradicted by their opponent, in addition to a review of the trends calling for rapprochement and modernism. The book aims to guide preachers to a legal approach that contributes to jihad with the tongue for the truth, according to its classification in the field of preaching and the conditions of Muslims.
