Translation
The book “On the Terms of Terrorism and its Ruling: A Critical Reading of the Concept” by the writer Qutb Mustafa Sano presents a critical legal study of the concept of terrorism and its provisions according to Islamic jurisprudence. The author discusses the definition of terrorism and its forms, then analyzes the issue of security and purpose in light of Sharia texts, and classifies the different types of terrorism according to the legitimacy of the purpose and the safety of the home. The work concludes by stating the legality of terrorism to the ruler and confirming its categorical prohibition, based on the methods and principles of jurisprudence.
