Translation
The book “The Confusion of the Jews, the Story of Al-Samaw’al’s Islam, and His Vision” by Al-Samaw’al ibn Yahya Al-Maghribi deals with multiple topics related to the religious debate between Muslims and Jews. The author tells the story of his conversion to Islam and his vision of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and presents a book dedicated to convincing the Jews and Christians with rational argument and explaining the abrogation of the Torah and the prophecy of Muhammad and Jesus, peace be upon them. The book also addresses some Jewish slanders and attempts to invalidate them, while at the same time reviewing some false Jewish beliefs and practices.
